Parts availability is important to you, so it is important to us! Our new facility features a thirty-five hundred square foot parts department, staffed by three full-time in-house parts personnel and an outside parts specialist. We understand that having parts available when you need them is a very critical to your success.
Although New England Transit is a Thomas dealership, the parts department is in no way limited to selling only the parts required for these buses. Caterpillar, Cummins, Mercedes, Freightliner, Ricon, Braun, and Specialty Manufacturing are only a handful of the 50+ additional companies the parts department does business with to bring customers the correct parts at the best prices possible.

Our garage is a full-service TEN bay facility employing best-of-breed Thomas certified, factory-trained technicians capable of providing all levels of preventive maintenance, service or warranty repairs and the best service possible. New England Transit’s Service department is equipped to service a single bus or an entire fleet.
Unable to come to us or have a fleet? No problem. We have 3 fully-equipped road service trucks traveling throughout our Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island territory. Road crews generally consist of two to three technicians depending on daily job requirements and work load. With road repair services ranging from performing diagnostics and minor repairs of engine and transmission issues to repair of body and chassis, electrical repairs and manufacturer recalls, we’re able to do most repairs offsite. Major engine and transmission overhauls are excluded from road service repairs. Call and speak to a service staff member to schedule road service repairs.
For the convenience of our customers, an air conditioned lounge is available for those who choose to wait while their vehicle is being serviced.
After hours customer vehicle drop-off area is located behind Service on the left side of the building and parking lot. A secure drop box for customer information and keys is located on the customer “Service” entrance door. To insure proper repair, please fill out the provided envelope with the necessary information, put the keys inside the envelope and drop it into the drop box. A member of the service staff will be in touch with repair information or questions or to let you know your vehicle is ready for pick up.
