The Parts Department at New England Transit also plays a considerable role.  Though New England Transit is a Thomas and Champion dealership, the Parts Department is, in no way, limited to the parts required for these buses.  Caterpillar, Cummins, Mercedes, Freightliner, Thomas and Specialty Manufacturing are only a handful of the 50+ companies the Parts Department does business with to bring their customers the correct parts at the best prices possible.

The Parts Department sells items anywhere from light switches to complete engine assemblies and already serve hundreds of valued customers; however, they are always happy to add new companies to their loyal clientele.

 We have two full-time in house employees and one full time employee in the roving parts truck. Most orders can be shipped FedEx or UPS the same day; however, if the part is not in stock we will do everything we can to ship it to you ASAP.
