Position: FRONT DESK, SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Established school bus dealership seeks a full-time FRONT DESK, SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR.  2+ years’ experience in a similar role, as well as, experience with Microsoft Word & Excel, website programs, constant contact and maintaining websites and social media pages.  Prior dealership experience a plus.  Qualified candidates submit resumes to jobs@newenglandtransit.com.

Additional Requirements:

FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR
– Answer incoming calls and route accordingly
– Take and deliver phone messages
– Greet guests and maintain guest log
– Process incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
– Office supply and kitchen stock inventory control and ordering
– Prepare new employee on-boarding and benefits materials and various HR projects
– Coordinate facilities and food/beverages for company events and meetings
– Assist owner as needed
– General office duties such as filing and file maintenance, copying, distributing
– Ad hoc projects

SALES
– Support sales team
– Maintain, distribute, and publish bus inventory lists for dealers and customers
– Obtain transportation bid opportunities and acquire bid specifications
– Obtain, complete and analyze results of transportation bids
– Provide excellent Customer Service
– General office duties, such as filing, copying, distributing
– Ad hoc projects

MARKETING
– Support company-wide marketing efforts
– Update and maintain company website and social media (facebook, instagram & twitter) pages
– Create and send company newsletter via constant contact
– Assist with creation and maintenance of marketing collateral and trade show pieces
– Assist with creation, purchase and distribution of promotional items & annual gifts
– Photography in connection with website and company events
– Create and analyze “voice of customer” and customer surveys
– Customer Service
– General office duties, such as filing, copying, distributing
– Ad hoc projects

Position: Shipper/Receiver

Shipper/Receiver with experience stocking parts, maintaining inventory controls and counts, and filling orders for customers.  You will be a member of our Parts Department working alongside, assisting and interacting with department team members to perform the duties of the position and to contribute to the overall success of the dealership.  To succeed in this role candidates will need to be organized and detail oriented with an aptitude and desire to learn.

Additional Requirements:
– Capable of lifting up to 75lbs.
– Experience utilizing various warehouse equipment, hand jacks and forklifts a plus.
– Experience with Karmak’s Fusion or other dealer management system a plus.
– Experience with UPS World Ship required, use of other shipping programs a plus.
– Ability to consistently maintain a weekly work schedule of Monday – Thursday 8-5 and Friday 7-4
– Experience making customer deliveries (must have valid driver’s license)

Position: Diesel Mechanic Technician

Diesel technician with experience diagnosing and repairing medium duty Caterpillar, Cummins, Mercedes engines, Allison transmissions and ABS braking systems. Experience using laptop based diagnostic software and capable of achieving manufacturer certification preferred.
